Kisanlends Fintech Private Limited, is concerned about the privacy of the users (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User”) of the website www.kisanlends.com and www.season.farm its mobile application in play store (“Platform”). GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

The courts at Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
